The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions.
Pack Your Return: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals. Please use a secure shipping method to avoid loss or damage during transit.
Ship the Return: Send the item back to the return address provided, ensuring the return label is clearly visible on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

Please Note:
Original shipping fees for the order are non-refundable.
If you used a discount code or store credit at checkout, the refund will be issued back to you as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on your order.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This helps ensure a quicker exchange and allows you to lock in the current price and availability of the item.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Sale Items: Products purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Gift Cards: Once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable.
Custom or Personalized Items: Items that are customized or personalized with your name, initials, or specific requests are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Hygiene Products: Underwear, swimwear, and socks are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they are unopened and still in their original packaging.
